• Residential Styling: Guest rooms feature fully equipped kitchens with full-size appliances, stylish cabinetry, and granite-look countertops. Living areas are furnished with comfortable, durable sofas and armchairs, often in neutral tones with subtle patterns to hide wear.

• Adaptable Functionality: Design focuses on flexible spaces. The inclusion of spacious closets, movable furniture (like ottomans or desks), and ample, well-placed electrical outlets caters to both work and relaxation needs.

• Durable & Sustainable Materials: As a product designed for extended-stay use, the FF&E prioritizes high-traffic durability.
